We’re Continental — a recruitment agency helping U.S. logistics & trucking companies build top-performing offshore teams to cut costs and scale faster.
The Mission
As our first dedicated Sales Representative, you’ll help grow our client base: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with U.S. logistics & trucking companies.
Your goal: bring in 20–30 active clients in the first year, so we can place 70+ remote workers with them.
What You’ll Do
Find and contact leads (cold calls, LinkedIn, email)
Explain the value of offshore staffing (cost savings, scalability)
Close deals and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate your own lead lists when needed
Help improve and shape our sales process
Track your work and deals in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales (staffing, recruitment, or logistics is a big plus)
Confident making cold calls and messaging prospects
Familiar with LinkedIn and basic CRM tools
Good spoken and written English
Proactive and self‑motivated — you can work independently and adapt in a startup environment

Pay Structure
Base Salary: $200/month
Client Commission: $200 for each new client you bring in
Placement Bonus: $50 for each extra worker a client hires after the first one
(Example: If a client hires 5 workers, you earn $200 + $200 = $400)
